When arriving for your appointment, please text 931-542-1312 before coming to the salon door. When I am finished with my prior client and my space is prepared for your appointment, I will text you to have you enter the salon.
With a scheduled appointment, you will receive an email and text detailing your date, time and service type. Please contact me as soon as possible if any aspect of your appointment needs to be changed. 3 days before your appointment date, you will receive a text and email to confirm. Simply click the hyperlink in your email or text to confirm. In the event your appointment is not confirmed, I will assume you are not able to keep your appointment and it will be removed.
When book an appointment with me, that time is exclusively yours. If you need to cancel, reschedule or change the type of service for your appointment, please do so at least 2 days prior. I cannot ensure a complete service if you arrive after your appointment time. If you do not give proper notice to cancel or alter your appointment, rescheduling and future appointments will require prepayment. Not arriving for a confirmed appointment means you will be charged for the full cost of the service
Any Card on file is kept securely via Square. Online booking requires a Card on file and cancellation policies apply. Cancelling less than one day will incur the fee associated with that particular service. Any deposit is non-refundable.
Because our salon space is small and intimate, phone use without using headphones/earpods can impact others in the salon. Please be kind and use earphones/earpods when using your phone to watch videos, engage in social media, have phone conversations, etc.
For the safety and comfort of all in the salon, we kindly ask that arrive to your appointment alone and without children, pets, friends, etc.
