What to know before your salon visit

I am located at 808 Mane Studio in West Des Moines.  The salon faces Ashworth Road with parking in the front as well as behind the building (accessible from 9th Street.)

With a scheduled appointment,  you will receive an email and text detailing your date, time and service type.  Please contact me as soon as possible if any aspect of your appointment needs to be changed.  3 days before your appointment date, you will receive a text and email to confirm.  Simply click the hyperlink in your email or text to confirm. 

I understand when life gets in the way and prevents you from keeping an appointment; kids, family, the weather… I appreciate a quick text as soon as you know if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

When taking a deposit for hair extensions, it allows me to procure and prep the specific supplies needed for your custom look. If you are unable to keep your appointment and have placed a deposit, any type of refund would be partial and will depend on the specific supplies related to your appointment.
